1.How do I order online? TOP
Restaurants Featured in our database:
Placing an order online is very simple. Start by searching for an item or browsing the menus on the
Order Online page. When you find an item you want, simply click the "Add To Cart"
button and follow the instructions provided to customize your item and submit your order. You can view your cart
anytime by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top right of every page.
Other Restaurants:
To place an order from any restaurant that is not in our database please use the "Other Restaurant" link found on
the Order Online page and follow the instuctions provided.
Alcohol:
To place an alcohol order online, click the image with the alcohol bottles on the Order Online page
and follow the instructions provided.
Groceries:
To place a grocery order online, click the image of a grocery bag on the Order Online page and
follow the instructions provided.
2.What are your hours of operation? TOP
Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday - Saturday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Sunday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3.How long do deliveries take? TOP
Delivery times vary depending on how busy the restaurant is when you place your
order, your distance from the restaurant, traffic, weather conditions and preparation
time for individual items. Your operator will give you an estimated delivery time.
Delivery times often range from 20 to 45 minutes from the time you place your order.
4.What areas do you deliver to?Top
At this time we currently Deliver to the City of Sudbury, Garson, Coniston, and Copper Cliff. We are looking to expand to other areas of Greater Sudbury.
5.Do you offer a guaranteed delivery time? (eg. 30 minutes or it's free) TOP
No, too many factors beyond our control prevent us from offering a guaranteed delivery time.
6.What restaurants can I order from? TOP
We will pick up and deliver food from any restaurant that offers take-out.
7.What is the cost for restaurant delivery? TOP
The cost for Delivery from restaurants are based on the restaurant you choose and the distance from that restaurant. Prices vary from $5.95 to $7.95 +GST in most areas of the city of Sudbury.
8.What is the cost for alcohol delivery? TOP
We guarantee the lowest prices in town! Currently alcohol delivery is $7.00 plus $1.50 per case over 48 bottles city-wide.
For example you order 2 cases of 24 bottles of beer the delivery is $7.00 and if you add a 12 pack or 24 pack its an additional $1.50 for each additional case.
If you want something picked up at the LCBO and The Beer Store, the delivery would be $10.00.
9.Why do you stop taking alcohol orders early? TOP
We stop taking LCBO & The Beer Store Orders 1 hour before they close. We do this as the AGCO requires us to stop delivery of Alcohol when the both stores close and
for this reason we have no choice to stop orders 1 hour prior to the closure of these stores. It is illegal for any delivery service operating in Ontario to deliver
alcohol after 1 hour of the stores closing.
10.What is the cost for grocery delivery? TOP
For grocery orders of 5 items or less the cost is $7.95 +GST. For grocery orders over 5 items the cost is $7.95 +GST plus 10% of the order after taxes.
11.What is the cost for convenience store delivery? TOP
If you would like items picked at the convenience store the delivery charge is $7.95 +GST.
12.What Payment Types Do you Offer? TOP
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Master Card & American Express.
13.What is the special request box and how do i use it? TOP
The request box allows you to request options not listed on a product's customization form.
The request box also allows you to alter the options to suit your taste. For example, if a
product has an option to add mustard, you could type in "light mustard" in the special request
box. Please note that the size of a special request message is limited to 200 characters.
